1. Features:

PP Filler Masterbatch is compounded of high quality filler, polymer resin and other additive agents by twin-screw machine. PP Filler Masterbatch is a Polypropylene based master batch containing 75% ~ 80% of calcium carbonate. It is natural white with excellent dispersity. It is widely used in the plastic industry (blow film, blow molding, injection molding, wire drawing, bag molding, slip casting, dyeing, extrusion molding) to reduce the production cost and improve the character of final products.

1. Applications:

 –   PP Flat yarn extrusion.

 –   PP strapping band.

 –   PP injection molding, blow molding, extrusion molding.

1. Physical Properties:

These specifications may be customized.

Processing suggestions:

- The processing temperature is set according to resin’s processing temperature and it applies well between 220 ± 400° C

Effect:

- Reduce production cost of the finished products because of lowering consumption quantity of the raw material.

- Improve the character of final products.

- When finished products are of white color or of light shades, it is possible to reduce adding ratio of white color pigment (TiO2 masterbatch) thus reducing composition cost;
-  Improve printability on product's surface

- Be used for making cover, package of food because its physical characters are non-toxic, safe.
